Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ebony Rose Collection! Every item is lovingly handmade by me, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared with care.

Processing Time

As a one-person handmade business, all orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. I work alongside a full-time job, so I appreciate your patience — every piece is made with love and attention to detail.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• UK: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail 2nd Class) or 1–2 business days (Royal Mail 1st Class)
• Ireland: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available on selected Royal Mail services. If your order includes tracking, you will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help. Please note that once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of my control.
